Ron and Connie Spataro have been married since September 29, 1973.
They married young and experienced many difficulties during the early years of their
marriage. Just before their 9th anniversary they were separated and on the verge of
divorce for the second time. They had one daughter, Lisa who was 7 years old and their second child was just weeks away from delivery. While they were separated they each had given their lives to Christ without the other's knowledge. The Lord Jesus Christ made a miracle and healed their marriage and brought them back together. Today they have 5 adult children (3 girls and 2 boys) and 7 grandchildren. All of their children know love and serve Jesus Christ and are skilled vocalists and musicians and true worshipers. It is awesome to see their grandbabies between the ages of 1 to 5 years old praise and worship Jesus Christ. It is truly an honor to see living proof of Psalm 128. God is true to His Word!
In 2006 Ron entered into full time worship ministry and in 2009 Ron and Connie gave up their home, their worldly possessions and left their children, grandchildren and life as they knew it and went on the road full time to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ wherever the Holy Spirit decided to lead them. They were accompanied by their youngest daughter, Rebecca and together they traveled across the country.
Everywhere they went the Lord provided a place to rest their heads, food to eat and funds to sustain their needs along the path. Our God is an awesome God!
Along the road they have met the Bride, face to face on an individual basis. They ministered the Gospel in worship, testimony and the Word. They ministered not only in churches and prayer centers but even in the parking lots of Walmart, Sam's Clubs or local churches that provided overnight resting areas. Their very lives were and are a witness of the saving power of Jesus Christ. They discovered how truly little you need every day to survive. Jesus is truly everything. Without Him...we have, and are nothing.
Their music ministry is one of edification, restoration, reconciliation in the Body of Christ and evangelizing the lost. Many lives have been changed according to GOD'S purpose. Their call is a mighty one from Jesus Christ Himself. They are happy to forsake all for Christ.
